Can't add new product, not on Amazon, it's brand ne Error 5885
I have been trying to add a new product not yet on Amazon, not anywhere, it's brand new. There is no ASIN associated with my product as I am the manufacturer. It hasn't even left the factory yet.
Support keeps telling me this.
"You cannot change a product detail page or add offers on another seller's generic product or copy the product detail page to another store. If you want to sell a generic product, you can create a new product under "Add products".
The 5885 error first pops up when I add warranty information.
I have support photos showing the product is not branded as well as screen shots showing the error. None of the support team have put in any effort to resolve the problem.
A lot of people are having this issue. Amazon needs to fix this!
