Are you authorized BY THE BRAND for the items you are trying to sell? There are some items which you can safely sell with just an invoice from a REAL distributor, but there are a lot of brands which require you to have actual approval FROM THE BRAND to sell on Amazon.

With many of those brands, if you somehow manage to create a listing, they will likely catch it in a week to a couple of months, and at that point, your days of selling on Amazon are finished.

@Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwis correct on this, as usual.

If you had spent any time at all on the forum you would already know what is needed for selling on Amazon.

HINT #1 -- VACATION MODE -- NOW!

HINT #2 -- SELLER U -- NOW!

https://sell.amazon.com/learn

HINT #3 -- Start writing your "please help with my Section 3 suspension' letter NOW. It will save you time when you get it.

For any rookies out there reading this, it is a near perfect example of how to probably get suspended on Amazon.

BEFORE even trying to start selling, ask yourself these questions --

DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

NOTE the verification from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products".

If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

Hi @Seller_wvfKWOkYRgrCc

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.

As @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwstated already, you have to have authorization by the brand in order to sell on Amazon. If your application is being rejected, there can be variety of reasons.

The one thing I'll add that was pointed it is to closely review this video on Guidelines to Sourcing as well as the link to the Letter of Authorization page provided above.

These should give you the information you are looking for along with the great advice already provided.
