Ongoing Issues with Creating FBA Inbound Shipments in Canada – UPS & LTL Unavailable
Hi All,
We are experiencing persistent issues when trying to create FBA inbound shipments within Amazon CA.
- UPS (SPD) Partnered Carrier, is consistently unavailable during shipment creation, regardless of the shipment size (50, 100, 200, 250 cartons).
- When attempting to proceed, we often get errors or that UPS Option is completely unavailable to us (SPD and LTL).
- LTL Partnered Carrier services seem non-functional or unavailable in CA, we've been unable to book palletised freight through Amazon Seller Central.
- These issues have been happening for weeks now, and we're forced to use third-party options.
- There has been no official update or ETA from Amazon as far as we can tell.
Is anyone else facing this? We would love to know if you've found any workarounds or received clarification from Seller Support.

Just to be clear -- you are shipping from a Canadian address ?

We just shipped 18 cases to YXU1 via UPS thru FBA. Maybe an issue on your side?

Following up on your post. Have you tried cleaning cookies and cache from web browser, sometimes it helps? If still not working, could you please confirm if you have already created a case with our Seller Support team? If so, please give me the case number so I can review and provide you with assistance.
