tracking information indicates delivered BUT Amazon still Refunded

Hello Amazon, We shipped the order on time, and it was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Below are the details: Ship Date: Wed, Jul 17, 2024 Carrier: UPS Tracking ID: 1Z6559X46866072673 Delivered: YES Delivered On: Tuesday, July 23 at 13:19 See With Delivery Photo

The customer mentioned that their address has changed, but they did not contact us regarding this change. We shipped the order on time to the address provided by the customer, and it was delivered as scheduled. I understand Amazon offers the A-to-Z Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction. However, given that we shipped on time, delivered on time, and provided a UPS tracking number along with a delivery photo.

I believe it is unfair for us to be held accountable for this claim. I kindly request that you reverse the A-to-Z claim and credit our account. If you need any additional information, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it. Thank you. Best regards,

This isn't Amazon, just other sellers. Did you use Amazon buy Shipping? If not, you won't be covered. If you did, was the order scanned by the carrier as accepted before indicated ship date?

For future reference --

This will NOT be the last time this happens to you. You are either brand new (it looks like less than 6 months on here) or just migrated from the older (BETTER) Forum.

It is standard procedure for Amazon to refund unless you have a Signature Required delivery!

You are REQUIRED by Amazon to ship to the address on the label they show on the order. If you alter it at all you lose the small amount of protection that you have -- which is almost none!

No signature, no proof -- Amazon rules!

It absolutely is but this is AMAZON and 'fair' is not in their TOS agreement. You know, the one that you signed and agreed to when you started selling here. You did read all of it, didn't you? Yeah, I know, most of us didn't do that either!

If you bought shipping from Amazon, and not only shipped on time but have a scan showing that you shipped on time, Amazon should be covering you.

Check that you have a real scan (not the 'Carrier picked up package" non-scan that Amazon creates when you print the label), and if it's on time, open a case, post the number here, and tag a mod.
