Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate not resetting
My operation is mostly entirely through FBA, I only sold 1 unit of certain FBM type SKU which I listed by accident while testing something and of course couldn't deliver so I cancelled the order.. the Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate skyrocketed from 0% to 100% .
I was expecting it to go back to 0% today– Wednesday (sept. 4).
On my Account Health I can indeed see the following:
Order Date : Aug 28, 2024 - Sep 3, 2024
and Time Window: 7 days
So why it didn't reset back to normal today?

Hello @Seller_8nHYV26oJU24O,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your cancellation rate and the calculation.

Typically, when it comes to our the cancellation rate, there is a 1-day delay in when the calculation ends. As an example today 9/6/24, the current date range is Aug 30, 2024 - Sep 5, 2024. This is why on the 4th when you posted you were still seeing Sept. 3rd.
Seeing as this should have reset on the following day, did your calculation reset, or are you still seeing an issue with the calculations?
