Customer bought and returned same item twice...and was refunded both times.

I am not sure what to do. I sell used books. Customer purchased and returned and was refunded on 7/11. Then, they turned around and purchased the same exact book and got refunded again. I am getting charged with the shipping fee. I am FBA, so I can't contact the buyer directly. Any thoughts??
