Both accounts need to be in good standing; if there is a violation on one, the other account will also be suspended.
You need to resolve whatever issues there are with the Zeprox account before you can proceed. Once you've done that, you should be able to close the account, although you may have to wait a bit. Note that you cannot close an account that is not in good standing.

Thank you for posting your concerns with a multiple account policy violation.
So you are aware, a multiple account policy violation will only occur when an association with a deactivated store is identified. Additionally as @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw pointed out, once an account is no longer in good standing or deactivated it will no longer be eligible to be closed. This information can be confirmed in our close your account policy under step 6:
- Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
Can you advise why the Zeprox store was deactivated? Are you the account owner or associated to this store in some way? Do you have access to this store?
As @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw advises, you will need to ensure the Zeprox account has been reinstated an in good standing to both resolve the multiple account issue and to successfully close the other store.
