Urgent: Account Suspension and Lack of Response from Amazon

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to express my deep concern about the suspension of my account and the lack of response from Amazon.

As a seller on the platform, the sudden suspension has left me in a state of confusion and distress. I have attempted to contact through various channels seeking clarification on the reason for the suspension, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

The inability to access my account and the absence of communication are presenting significant challenges for my business. I kindly request urgent assistance to resolve this matter and obtain information on the cause of the suspension.

I would like to use this forum to draw attention and seek help. It is incredible that this is happening not only to me but also to many other new sellers. I appreciate any assistance you can provide during this challenging time.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could provide you some additional information.

In looking into your account, it looks like your most recent submission on 1/15/24 is still under review.

I do see you received performance notifications on your deactivation back on 12/14/23 and again on 1/1/24 that describe the reason and the steps that you need to take to appeal.

I'd recommend reviewing this video on Seller University: Invoice Requirements and reread through the performance notifications which outline what needs to be included in your submission.

Unfortunately, I will not have anything further to share on my end as reasons and results for submissions being rejected are not shared outside of the team responsible.

If this is who you used to source your products from, it's doubtful Amazon will ever accept any of your documents. It's doubtful any company that carries 10,000+ products from 50+ categories is any brand's authorized distributor. This gray-area wholesaler will never be able to give you acceptable documents because Amazon doesn't like your source.

This may be the best thing that could happen to you. Then you'll be in the position to find some properly-sourced products and ones for which Amazon will accept your documents.
