USA and UK Company Structure for both MarketPlaces
Hi, I am currently selling in UK/EU and would like to start selling in the USA.
I have a UK limited company and would like to know which option is best:
1. Operate from the UK company in the USA, both of them under the same seller account.
2. Create a USA LLC and a new seller account for it, sell with the LLC in the USA and with the UK Ltd in EU/UK.
Would appreciate as much detail as possible in the reasons why one option is better compared to the other.
