It just came into my notice that another seller is using my product ASIN and has chnaged its quantity and price. Now what should i do to get back my ASIN Back. Also will get order if someone else is using my ASIN.
Will Amazon seller will take action on it?

Thank you for your post. What do you mean by your product? is it your brand? do you have a brand registered? or you mean your listing was hijacked?
You can Report a Violation and the team will investigate it.

As far as understood you, You mean the buybox is gone from you.
in this case you can simply drop the price below them using this Formula (Selling Price + shipping if apply) < other seller price and it should be like 5-10AED minimum difference.
