FBA STA Send to Amazon Errors today: Receiving "Something has gone wrong. Try Refreshing the page / delete workflow..." errors for 4th time this year!
For probably the 3rd to 4th time this year we are again receiving errors:
"Something has gone wrong. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, please delete the workflow and create a new one."
The problem is we CAN'T just "delete a workflow and create a new one."
These are single workflows out of shipment splits -- for example Amazon creates 5 workflows and one is failing -- if we delete the one failed one, we cannot just "recreate it" without getting new splits. We lose all of our packing work on that shipment and become non-compliant having to delete shipments.
Separate note:
EVERY time this has happened, this is the process:
(A) We open a case
(B) Nobody knows about an issue -- we are asked for a tedious amount of information over and over
(C) We wait days
(D) We are ultimately provided no resolution, the problem goes away and we are forced to delete the shipments and throw away hours of packing labor
I believe this has something to do with "Convert to Send to Amazon".

Greetings @Seller_TTG0TX5GOhqmW,
I'm seeing a few mentions of issues with Send to Amazon here on the forums. I'm currently in the process of investigating the issue further, will update the thread once I know more.

Checking in - based on updates from the internal team this issue should be resolved. Can you confirm on your end?

Does this mean it is "resolved" on future shipments we create, or also on "existing" shipments that are providing that error?

Sadly this has been an issue for months. We experience this exact same error every single time we create a shipment.
Amazon will not fix their issues they'd rather keep sellers mad and frustrated and not help them.
We refresh the page 8-10 times and it eventually works.
BUT, this is not the answer for this problem Amazon!
Fix your issues for goodness sake!

I had submitted a shipment through a 3rd party listing software and it split my units into 6 shipments. I was able to complete 4 out of the 6 with no issue and then on the 5th shipment I got this error message. Opened a case with SC and they told me the same, to wait 24 hours and if problem remains, to delete workflow and start all over.
My question is, does anyone know if I work on boxing up my 6th shipment now, will I have the same issue all over again?
Thanks in advance

I have to clear my cache and cookies daily and use FoxFire when on here. Helps with a lot of these issues. Not all. But found success this way more times than not.
