Food Supplement as an unauthorised medicinal product

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to get some advice. Amazon has blocked two of our food supplement products, stating that they consider them medicinal products. We contacted the MHRA, and they confirmed that they do not regulate food supplements. I’ve emailed Amazon support about this issue, but they keep sending automated responses instructing me to contact the agency to check their policy regarding selling these products in the UK.
