Hi @Seller_nkxuMkyFqyd4J,

It sounds like you may have created the new listing using a Flat File and copied the row from an existing product as a starting point. If you forgot to update both the `SKU` and the `external_product_id` (e.g., EAN, GTIN) for the new product, this could cause the issues you're seeing:

1. New Listing Not Properly Created

Amazon uses both the `SKU` and `external_product_id` to identify products. If the `external_product_id` wasn’t updated, Amazon might associate the new SKU with the existing product instead of creating a new listing.

2. Unintended Data Overwrites

If the copied data includes the same `external_product_id`, your upload might have unintentionally overwritten information for the original product, which could explain the pricing issues and the loss of the Prime badge.

To fix this:

  • Ensure the new listing has a unique `SKU` and a new, correct `external_product_id`.
  • Double-check that all other product attributes are updated for the new product.
  • If any data was overwritten on the original product, you may need to manually update it or re-upload its details to fix the errors.
