Amazon says I haven't responded within 48 hours

I sent the customer chandelier order. I requested the wrong product and sent a new product. Amazon deducted the fee, saying I did not respond to the messages within 48 hours. But I returned the message within 24 hours, and the customer received his money and received his product. The seller is the victim here. Amazon does not care about its sellers. Please see the text below:
"Returns
Authorize and respond to all return requests.
You must authorize, respond, or both to all return requests. It is best practice to respond to all return requests within 24 hours. Failure to respond to a return request within 48 hours will result in a granted claim and an immediate debit to your account. "
I understand you responded the messages, however the reason why this claim was granted to the buyer is for the return request.
