Received an email about a charge back but there's nothing about it in my account

I received an email about a customer issuing a charge back claim. But I can't respond to the email ( it's a no-reply email ) and there's nothing on my account health page about it to dispute it there either. What am I meant to do here?

Thanks for the post, @Seller_Kn7PE9rhSYXk9- if you navigate to 'Performance' > 'Chargeback Claims' > 'All', you should be able to see the current status of any chargeback situations, and if any action is required from you.

In case it's useful, I'll also link to this overview of the chargeback process, and these directions on how to respond to a chargeback claim.
