Valid Tracking Rate

Hello,

I'm a new seller and incorrectly added the wrong tracking number for one of my orders. This prompted Amazon to put my account under review as my VTR was below 95%. I had since updated the tracking number to the correct ID, but now my account is still under review and I can't withdraw funds. Does anyone know when my account will be removed from review? I contract seller services and account health specialist, but they have had no information on how to get my account back to normal other than "wait until we review it again and we don't know when that will be"

Did you get a notice that your account is at risk of deactivation? This is what usually happens, there is not a "review" for VTR issues, unless you are a repeat offender, then they usually just go ahead and suspend you.

The ding against you will drop off after 30 days. In the meantime, selling more stuff and entering correct tracking will bring up that percentage. An awful lot of the seller "support" people do not know how this site works. You are usually better off coming here to post when you have issues, and other sellers will often help out, faster and more accurate than "support."

Best of luck selling here, it is not for the faint of heart.
