Why a prodcut comment feedback can't be removed.

Customer wrote a product comment feedback, but Amazon told me it can't be removed when I open a case to remove. Why is that? The negative feedback makes a great impact on business.

I see these all the time. I assume when customers leave you POSITIVE feedback that is actually a product review, you are ok with the rules being broken?

I NEVER see someone come complain that most their positive feedback are product reviews and should be removed....

It looks to me like these feedbacks are not "product reviews" besides the 1 5-star

Hello @Seller_vrdlSVr6rMjwh- and thanks for posting. I was able to locate the feedback in question via that case ID, and did want to advise that comments about the condition of an item can be considered feedback about the customer's experience with a seller.

Since it sounds like there was a part missing from the item, which can't be attributed to an Amazon Fulfillment issue since you stated you don't use Amazon fulfillment, this would be classified as a comment that contains feedback around the service from the seller, and therefore not a candidate for removal.
