Vine message "No Eligible Offers - 414"

I am launching my first product and am trying to enroll in Vine. I meet all the requirements, but I get this message:

"No Eligible Offers - 414 The offers on your selected product(s) do not meet our eligibility criteria. Please refer to the "About Amazon Vine" help page for more information on eligible offers."

Is it possible that my I am having problems because my brand name appears at "TowelCycle" and "Towel Cycle"? It seems like the ASIN is what matters.

Any help would be appreciated.
