Amazon FBA for amazon renewed program

I am new to this amazon renewed program I want to know if the FBA have a special process for return. Been selling on amazon for years many times i got return item thats not my item. but for the renewed program i guess i am selling higher values items. does anyone got buyer scam

I am sorry to see you had this terrible experience.

Please know that as per our FBA customer returns policy, sometimes a customer is refunded for your item, but the item isn’t returned to a fulfillment center within 60 days of the refund. When this situation occurs, in most cases we’ll charge the customer and reimburse you.
