Stock delivered but stuck in transit and not been checked in
Hi sellers, need some reassurance that it is just a temporary glitch due to busy December period but my FBA inventory was delivered to Amazon on 1 Dec (as per my freight forwarder) however it is still appearing as in Transit in my shipment queue. Amazon's tracking information says that Delivery appointment was scheduled on 30 Nov and scheduled delivery with the courier was 16 Dec but there are no further updates since then. I am now almost out of stock so not sure how long will it take for Amazon to out the inventory back in stock.
I have contacted Seller's support but they have been pretty useless asking for owenrship documents etc. which is not relevant. Any other venues I can try for help?

Seller support will not help and that will not make the shipment be checked in quicker.
The tracking on Amazon I find not to work as most get delivered when the tracking states that the parcel is still on the move.
Usually you should see some items checked in after a few days although have been known to take weeks. Unfortunately it is part of the waiting game especially at this time of year and also if you have shipped a large quantity.

we have same issue here, i have sent 2 inventory one on 13 which delivered on 16th Dec, but yet not checked in, and then i sent another one at 18th which was delivered on 22nd and checked in on 23rd, still no news from the first shipment, don't know maybe its lost or because holiday season but my 2nd shipment was delivered way earlier than expected in the same warehouse, update us if you get any news...

It is very common during this time. My first shipment was on 16 Nov and it was partially delivered while one FC has still not received it. On top of it, they extended the delivery reconcilement till Jan 5. Contacted seller support but of no use. Other 3 shipments arrived earlier with one in December also.

I've got a shipment stuck as checked in well before Christmas and still no sign of the box being opened and stock being made available for sale yet other boxes have sailed straight through so there's no logic to it
