Payments Reports Repository Failures

In the last 48 hours, I have been unable to pull transactions for Standard Orders through the Payments Reports Repository. We pull these reports daily to keep track of our sales. I generally pull for one day at a time, so it's not a large amount.

After numerous refreshes, it continues to have failures. Is anyone else having the same problem? Or is there any news regarding if it's overloaded or something?

I am also getting this problem the last 2 days. This happens a couple of times a year, but it normally last a morning or maximum a day. But now 2 days.

I do the same 1 day, standard, and invoiced. Not large.

Use them everyday. Can't get any information for amazon

As when I went to help tried to send an email about it I got

"Something went wrong. Contact an associate or try again later."

Same. We noticed failures for three days and it finally processed yesterday (11/29/24). Failing again today (11/30/24).

May we please get a Mod @Connor_Amazonto look into this? Payments Reports Repository is still failing (12/1/24 10:27am CST), even for a single date and a single account type.

Seems to be a continuing problem. We had one date last week that took 3 days to finally work. Yesterday, the 11/30 date would fail, but now works today. For today's issue, 12/1 is failing. It's throwing us off not being able to generate the previous day's report that we need to ring in our internal POS system.

I have been having issues since 11-26-2024-- Every day. Took 2 days to get my file for 11-26-2024. Since then each day is taking at least 10-12 hours. No idea what happened. Prior to 11-26 I had the same issue for a couple weeks - at lease once a week but would work withing 10 minutes. Very upsetting since we now in the Christmas season bringing in our biggest sales days.

I am having the same issue. I contacted support 2 days ago and they told me to clear the cache and wait 24 hrs. I did that - it still doesnt work. Then he told me to use Moxilla firefox as that is the preferred internet. He also said it was a temporary glitch.

It's still happening today

I have opened a case, and after some back and forth it was marked answered with no option to reply via email with the requested information. I had to resort to CHAT which never ends well.

CAN WE PLEASE GET A MOD TO LOOK INTO THIS SITUATION? My case number is 16785520691. I cannot access any data from 12/4 or 12/5. We need current data to make decisions.
