Received Intellectual Property Complaints
Hi fellow sellers,
Hope you doing well. I have Received Intellectual Property Complaints. Seller selling products of other manufacturer. We also have authority to sell his products as we directly purchase products from them. How can this seller send Intellectual Property Complaint on product of other manufacturer even he created the listing but the product he selling is of other manufacturer. We have already submitted authority letter but they didn’t accept. Kindly help us.

Presuming from this you both buy the same products from the same manufacturer ?! But the other seller has branded their stock as their own brand and you listed on the same asin ?!
Or you buy a similar product from a different manufacturer but still listed on an incorrectly branded listing ?!
Did you check by EAN rather than image when listing ?

We both are selling products of same manufacturer. That is why I was selling in his listing as per Amazon policy we can sell. But this seller send Intellectual property complaint against us.

Are you willing to share the ASIN you were listing on?
Though, to be fair, it sounds like the other seller has claimed brand registry on the ASIN for this express purpose of kicking other sellers off.
