Catalogue Access - Mod assistance
A while back the seller forum team, @Manny_amazon, was able to help me out and get me catalogue access for 5 days. That was great and I appreciate it, but didnt solve my long term need. Nor did I get any real explanation as to what I needed to do differently to get permanent access. So, here I am again. I am brand authorized and would like permanent catalogue access. I spoke with my rep for the brand and he was unaware of any additional requirements from the brand beyond what I have.
I had a meeting setup with Amazon catalogue team, but the team member never signed into the prelude meeting. This was very disappointing as I had to wait 3 weeks for the meeting. The Amazon business account team lead who was helpful and setup the meeting has since went silent after stating he would check into why meeting didn't happen. This was all supposed to happen at early in May. VIA PM I would be happy to provide Amazon employee info and meeting info, but Im not sure I should share here) A lot has happened since then in regard to brand access on Amazon. I would like Amazon to recognize my brand authorization from both a listing creation perspective and a selling perspective. This is essential to my business viability and success long term on Amazon.
I would like catalogue access, but I do not understand or get clarity as to how/why my catalogue access gets denied now when I had it in the past. Honestly, my brand authorization is now more clear then when I had catalogue access until early March. We sell more expensive items. I dont want to spend 10k on products, so that I can open one, take pictures, and then find out amazon will not let me make a listing for unstated reasons.
Can a mod help get me clarity in what I am missing so that I can directly ask my brand rep about it.

Hello @Seller_sTpKyEC5gbktd,
Thanks for reaching out. When you were approved to list the brand, you were only given a limited time to create new listings, which per the previous case (17416095781) it was 96 hours. If you want to create more listings, you will need to request approval again and then list them within the time that you are given. If you want to be able to create listings at any time, the brand will need to add you to their Brand Registry with one of the roles that allows you to create new listings. Once you create a new case to request approval, if you still need help after the case has been resolved, please create a new discussion with the case ID so we can take a look.
Regards,
Michelle
