Unable to create a removal order

Hi,

Has anyone faced the same issue i am getting when creating a removal order.

i get the following error after adding my products and clicking on review

Removal order contains an error. Please try again.

The field Address has an invalid value

My address is correct and there isnt any strange characters in the address fields
