Not getting connected with Account Health Team after trying for 2 weeks

Hello everyone!

I've had invalid violation on my listing and i am trying to resolve it, I want to get in touch with account health specialist from 2 weeks now but the call me now option is not working. I've tried it a million times but i didn't receive any calls.

Please suggest another way to get in touch with them, even an email would be helpful.

I would also ask if you have any related case ID's to post them here as well as they also help looking into this.

Regarding the inability to receive a call from the account health team. I wanted to inquire on what type of issues you were specifically running into. Have you received any errors, does the call connect to your phone and disconnect? When you put in your phone number are you adding the country code? The country code should not be added into the field, the drop-down should be used to set the country code for the phone number. If you have any errors or pop-up messages, I would ask if you can screenshot them so I can look further into the situation with the appropriate teams.
