There is not "None, I am an individual" in Business Type

I try to re-active my account.
when I clicked Reactive Account, firstly I need to select a country for Business Location, and Amazon says "If you don't have a business, enter your country of residence". So, I selected Vietnam here. After that, I need to select an entity type, but there are only 4 types for sellers, just including Charity, Privately-owned business, Publicly-listed business, State-owned business. There is no appropriate type for individual sellers to select here.
Therefore, there is no way for me to provide any information to complete the verification process.

"Reactive Account"
So that means you already OWN an account and you DID create that account. At that time you did chose "Business" instead of "Individual" and during a re-verification the system is populating your initial entered inputs, which in your case is "Business". Hopefully you created screenshots while creating your seller account and you can verify this.
You cannot change that yourself. Create a case and ask seller support IF they can do this for you.

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACstated, when you first signed up you chose "Business" instead of "Individual", and I don't have a way to make corrections to your account. You can reach out to Seller Support to see if they are able to do it for you. If not, you may have to create another account, keep in mind that will have to be with a new e-mail address.
