Potential high pricing error

Hi Not sure if anyone here or a mod can help.

For the past couple of days i have been trying to sort out Potential high pricing error. It is not a high price. i have opened case logs with seller support and keep getting different answers,

The item i am trying to sell is at £39.99 john lewis sell this product for £55. The very same product is on amazon.fr at 55.96 euros.

I have supplied url links to seller support and changed the min and max price but still getting an error and policy warning in my account health. These have been sent to Amazon for FBA. But the listing is not active due to this high pricing error. I sell a lot of different glasses all the same brand and around the same price point.

Thanks In advance

I have just had a book deactivated for ‘potential high pricing’ - mine was £9.99, YET there are two other sellers with prices higher than mine, at £14.06 and £27.05.

WHY are they not deactivated too ?! :rage:

Have a look at the Competitive Price on Manage All Listing page here: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/inventory/ref=xx_invmgr_dnav_xx

Competitive price is usually the price Amazon have picked up from other competitor websites which could help you to see if your price is lower/higher than that. If Competitive price is not given then Amazon is using its own pricing which is hard to judge but usually the BB price of the last 90-120 days and your price should be around that price.

Unfortunately can’t confirm if this will fix your issue but worth checking.
