Any other sellers find Amazons Account Health Specialist so inconsistent?

Every time i submit an appeal to get seller fulfilled items reactivated, when i reach out to a Account Health Specialist they always give you different feedback on what to do. Surely they have been trained to give correct and consistent help and not a different answer each time
