Shipped package; Didn't Arrive; USPS says Can't Find It!
Is anyone else still having problems with shipments sent through USPS not being delivered? I have had several shipments in the last few weeks that simply didn't arrive, even though they were shipped the same day of the order and labels were printed directly through Amazon. I tried tracking the last one's shipping number at USPS.com with no results. They can't even find the package in their system, and Amazon's system shows that it was delayed right after being shipped. The customers all want refunds. What is going on? Anyone know? Are the recent DOGE changes to the postal service affecting delivery? Will Amazon reimburse me for these costs and not count the undelivered orders against me?

It sounds like your PO is not scanning them in. Have you talked to them?

Hello @Seller_EeVQq96nRqCHo
Thank you for checking in about your recent shipments.
Amazon Buy Shipping protections
Amazon Buy Shipping shipments qualify for A-to-Z claims protection against "Package didn’t arrive" claims when the following conditions are true:
- The shipping label was purchased with Amazon Buy Shipping and was a "Claims Protected" shipping service.
- The order was shipped on time, which will be considered at the moment of the carrier’s first scan, not when you confirm shipment.
If the carrier does not show that they received the shipment, it will not qualify for claims protection. If this is a recurring issue for you, I recommend following @Seller_XSqPquQH4FvW1's advice and reaching out to your USPS branch for solutions.
