Bullet points not showing on listing after submitting several different tickets.
My bullet points just randomly disappeared from my listing one day and I have tried everything to get them back up but haven't been successful. First, I deleted them in ASC and reuploaded after 24 hours. After 48 hours of no success, I submitted a ticket which was "resolved" but the bullet points never showed. I have submitted several tickets and waited the allotted time period stated but still no luck. I also went to Amazon Brand Registry Support to suggest new bullet points and after saying the changes were accepted, still bullets are not showing.

We've had this on some listings as well where all bullet points disappear. We determined it was because we were using the words 'ensuring authentic'. Amazon doesn't like the work authenticity, I think they see it as a false (unprovable) claim. When we reword and remove the word authenticity, the bullet points reappear. So, you should read through all your bullet points to see if there is something that the bots are catching. I think we've had the issue with the word guaranteeing too. If you'd like a second set of eyes on it you can dm the bullet points and I'll take a look to see if I find something.

Check your Account Health screen, middle column. Amazon has been removing bullets and descriptions, using bots to try to clean them up.
The ones I see are listed there but there's no notification via email so they're easy to miss.
Sometimes it is a single word that the bots don't like, so go through the bullets carefully looking at individual words to see if that word, in isolation, could be considered a claim of some kind.

You have to fix some keywords on your listing until system accept your bullet point. Our listings had "warranty" statement on the bullets and system removed bullet points.

Hello @Seller_8MkCso1U2pRjg- thanks for starting this discussion, and thanks to the other sellers in the thread for offering some helpful insights!
I would agree that there is likely content in the bullets that may depart from these product detail page rules. Can you advise if you are still facing any challenges in this regard? If not, and one of the other comments in the thread helped you resolve this, feel free to mark it as the 'most helpful' reply, so future sellers know how to approach similar situations!
Thanks much,
Danny
