We are facing some issues like
A customer orders product A and recieves product B
Upon filing cases and multiple cases,Amazon replies us with counter and generic responses like they perform the bin check and products are according to detail page.(No Defect Found)
How does customer keep on complaining they are recieving wrong items.we have proof of images order ID's

I do recommend you to allow the team in charge to follow up and provide you with a resolution.
