Amazon FBA Center not given out booking slots

Hi

Ive been trying to send goods to Ship to: XBH4 - GRAVELLY WAY CEVA Logistics - WV10 7GW - WOLVERHAMPTON , West Midlands - United Kingdom

For the last 3 weeks, my courier keeps telling me that Amazon are not releasing any booking slots, is anybody having the same issue?

Can you ask to send to an alternative furfillment center?

Any advice would be helpful?

Make sure it’s an approved courier, but otherwise yes at peak times it can take a while to get an appointment. 3 weeks seems on the long side though - hence me asking whether they are approved. Is it pallets or small parcel?

Only by creating a new shipment and seeing if you get offered a new location.

When using UPS (Amazon’s preferred partner), any goods are held at Tamworth until they are ready to be accepted into whichever FC is on the label. We haven’t had anything held for longer than a few days and, to date (and despite the proximity of Christmas) stuff seems to be flowing quite well into the FC’s that we’ve been allocated.
