Amazon Partnered Carrier No longer an option
Hello I recently updated my ship from address and now I am no longer able to use. Amazon Partnered Carrier Program, everything seems fine until I go to finally confirm the order and then it hits me with an error and says to check the ship from address. I have attempted to use my previous ship from address and then I have gotten a new error saying:

[Carrier: Amazon-Partnered Carrier ] Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable because the box weights or dimensions for one or more of your shipments are not within the allowable range for Amazon partnered carriers
These are the same boxes I have always shipped with and are within Amazons Partnered Carrier .

We opened case #16077035341 if you can please look at it. It contains the shipment names and workflows.
Two different shipments (starting last night) now won't let us use APC due to this weight/box dimension error.
More concerning, the "AI GENERATED ANSWER" when I opened my case said:
"Verify the total shipment weight is under the limit. For small parcel shipments, the total cannot exceed 250 lbs."
Is this new??? We've been shipping for 15 years and literally every Amazon Partnered UPS shipment we create is > 250 lbs

did you get this fixed / sorted out? I’m running into this same issue. How are you sending inventory into Amazon right now ?
