Incorrect 3D Models displaying on amazon app. NEED HELP FROM A MOD PLEASE!
amazon added 3D models for 4 of our ASINs. They can only be seen on amazon app. These are NOT the 3D models of our products. Because the incorrect 3D models were uploaded, we are unable to create a correct 3D model through amazon app mobile scanning for these ASINs. We request the deletion of the incorrect 3D models for these 4 ASINS. We have contacted sellers support multiple times but it's not going anywhere. MOD can you help please?
