Hi, in my case Amazon never picks up customer return orders. Customers contact me for pickup as they are asked to do so my Amazon customer care service. Its been more than a year now since i am facing this problem. I get courier returns but not customer returns. Contacted Amazon seller support several times with details and order Ids, but they seem to have no clue about what to do. Above all i am getting negative feedback on my products.
