Package Delayed In Transit
Hello fellow sellers,
We have a customer that has attempted a return because "arrived too late". when actually it has not arrived at all. The tracking information says "delayed in transit" We shipped on time using Amazon Buy shipping.
What should we do in this situation? The item is only about $25.. Should we refund the customer? Or should we tell them to file an A2Z? Or should we avoid an A to Z at all costs.

They likely chose this reason to get a free prepaid return reason. I wouldn't refund anything until you get it back.

Hello @Seller_eSInvg1IfezNU, you are not required to refund until you receive the item back and I wouldn't recommend doing so prior if you want to ensure you receive the return. Upon receipt of the return, you then have 2 business days to refund the buyer. I would try and avoid an A-to-Z claim, but you would be protected if you used Buy Shipping and shipped on time.
