I have provided all the evidence but my account is still disabled I need help
Hello, I sent all the requested invoices and receipts as proof. I also bought the product from Amazon. The supplier I bought the product from is still actively selling the product. I asked for an invoice from the supplier and they sent it. I sent the correspondence, the invoice and even the Amazon receipt to Amazon as proof, but it is not found sufficient. If it is not found sufficient, why is this seller still actively selling the product? What else can I do?

NEVER buy from a retailer to sell on Amazon. You MUST buy from an authorized wholesaler from the brand. That is the only supply chain that will keep your account active. Section 3 of the Business Agreement you signed says you will have a valid supply chain. Buying retail from Amazon is not a valid supply chain.
