Buyer(scammer) initiates return authorization before packages arrive
A little background. Buyer orders two of our most expensive items and adds expedited shipping. Comes back minutes later to purchase another two items of lesser value than the first order, expedited shipping again. Total of orders around $800. I have learned when any buyer uses expedited shipping, it should be investigated as a potential scammer. I google the address and it is a double wide trailer in the NC woods valued at around 150k. Second red flag. I communicate with the buyer on both orders that the packages will need to be signed for upon delivery. This gives scammers an out to cancel the order and save everyone some time. No answer. We send the packages out on Tuesday and they are scheduled to Arrive Tuesday, April 8th. Get a return authorization Thursday evening: "Inaccurate website description". How in the heck can this be a reason when you have not even received the product yet? Here is what the buyer(scammer) wrote:
There is a "No Reply" on the email address. I have had no contact since purchase! There is no phone#. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY NEED MORE INFO TO PROCESS SALE, BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PACKAGES OR INFO!! I am very upset with this!

There is no way that this buyer(scammer) has not scammed multiple businesses on Amazon out of their hard earned money, yet Amazon continues to nurture and cradle these scumbacks ad infinitum. Any repeat scammer should be banned from purchasing on Amazon ever again.
