I’m reaching out regarding a brand approval issue for selling Givenchy, Paco, and Issey Miyake on Amazon. I submitted a request for approval, using the same supplier I’ve successfully been approved with many times in the past. Even in previous instances where there were challenges, we managed to resolve them.

This time, however, the process has been different. Amazon is requesting authorisation letters and specific invoices that my supplier is unable to provide. Understandably, they cannot share these details as it would expose their own supplier relationships.

I provided Seller Support with an invoice that includes my supplier’s contact details, asking them to reach out directly to verify the information. Unfortunately, my case was denied within minutes—without what seems to be a thorough review.

Could you please assist me in understanding what might be missing here? Your guidance has been invaluable to me in the past, and I’d greatly appreciate your help again in resolving this matter.
