How long will it take for deactivation of my account?

I have been trying to reactivate my account for the past 2 weeks. At this time, I have updated my banking information and still no success. Please advise what this means; if my account is completely deactivated from Amazon. Thanks.

I see that your account has been deactivated and you would like some guidance on how to get this resolved.

So that I can guide you the best, can you please share the deactivation performance notification here, after removing your personal information? If you have any case ID's, please share them here as well for clarity.

I am looking forward to your response and assisting you. The forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

Hello @Seller_VRlp1ycT3AAom,

I hope you are doing well.

Thank you for providing more information so I can review the details.

From the notifications you shared and the details I found from your case ID's, I see that your account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy.

Since the store name that you are related to is your own store name, this means that you have opted in for global selling and one of your storefronts in another region has become deactivated. For example: France, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, etc.

To address this, you must visit your other stores and find out which on has been deactivated. Once you access the affected account, you must visit the performance notification section to learn why it was deactivated and what is required to reinstate it. Typically, your other stores will become deactivated for outstanding registration/verification issues if they are left unattended.

I suggest to visit the account info section of your US store to learn which storefronts you have and you can also utilize this link to access your global selling dashboard. Once your deactivated stores have been reinstated, you may appeal in your US account confirming this and your account will be eligible for reactivation.

I know this is a lot of information. Once you have checked on this, please let me know if you have any further questions from here. We are here to support you.
