The newly registered store was thus innocently shut down

I hope that those who have encountered my situation can offer me help. I am preparing to start a business on Amazon. After registering a seller account, I was just getting ready to make some preparations for the store's operation. However, just a few days later, I was told through virtual identity verification that I violated the provisions of Agreement 3. I am really at a loss. Why did I choose to register the store through video? The information is also genuine. Then I made an appointment for a video call verification. However, the staff member who asked questions during the video call verification was extremely difficult. The questions they asked didn't seem like what I had verified through a video call. Then I received such an email. I don't understand how a newly registered store could have any illegal activities or fraud. There's no such thing at all. Moreover, they opened a case. The customer service representative's response was also that they thought or the system thought they wouldn't give the account activation opportunity. I think it's very unfair. Does it mean that the account can be stopped at will just because of the system's error detection? Moreover, I think Amazon's response to sellers' demands shows no warmth at all. It's all cold, emotionless, and repetitive words. I hope friends who have encountered similar situations can offer me some advice and help. Thank you!
