There is Buy box lost and listing not buyable technical glitch in Amazon which is harming sellers a lot. This is the third time this had happened with the same ASIN and I suffered about 2 Lac GBP loss due to it, After conducting research, I found that competitors are using automated bots to report fake low prices in the feedback section, They simply go to Amazon listing page where there is an option ''Feedback Would you like to tell us about a lower price?'' and bot reports with fake low prices. This appears to trigger Amazon’s algorithm, causing the affected ASIN’s Competitive External Price to drop by £15 to £20 lower than the actual selling price, which leads to the loss of the Buy Box and seller listing goes offline.

Steve Pop has discussed this issue in detail, and you can view his video on YouTube titled "[UnSolved] Why Buy Box Lost Due to Offsite Amazon FBA Price". This is a serious loophole in Amazon's backend system, which needs to be addressed urgently. If not fixed, this issue could severely harm sellers, as competitors are using this black-hat method to cripple their main rivals.

Please, I urge you to address this problem permanently before it impacts more sellers.

I am really great ful to @Spencer_Amazon who is too kind and fixed my listing 3 times but we should all raise voice to fix this problem permanently and close this loop hole in Amazon system.

There is also complete thread on Amazon seller forum where seller can go and read all sellers same issue and Amazon team is solving their issue which is remarkable.
