New account deactivated for no particular reason
I created my account a couple of days ago, passed the verification. it was active for a couple of days and suddenly it got deactivated. Amazon is asking for a utility bill.
I have attached and sent my utility bill that matches with my name and address. It's been 2 days, I am still waiting and no news from Amazon.
Has anyone had the same issue? I have everything for any verification, bank acct statement, credit card statement, utility bill, ID etc..
What should I do to reactivate my account? Please help.

NOTE -- nearly ALL accounts get suspended immediately after they are opened while Amazon verifies your information so unless they sent you a suspension notice asking for more information it is most likely just temporary.

Never list or sold anything on Amazon. Never bought anything on Amazon and here is the message I receive;

We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.
When you registered your account did you put the account in your name and address? Are there any conflicting details used in registration such as a spouse, family member or virtual address? When you provided your utility bill, was it also in the account owners name and address, matching the information provided in seller central?
Since you have advised not having listed any products, we may not require invoices but items such as a government issued ID including the front and back in color, a valid utility bill in the account owners name and address. Any additional supporting evidence.
Please also keep in mind in these situations, we cannot guarantee the eligibility for reinstatement.
