I contacted the email and the law firm stated that they have not received payment of 3400 euros from Amazon for my sales (partially infringing on Demon Slayer products). I hope Amazon can explain to me and third-party sellers like me that we are not criminals and there is no reason to give you an intermediary platform to confiscate our wealth.
In business, there are copyright disputes every day, but Amazon cannot confiscate the wealth of third-party sellers under your regulations without paying to law firms - the money I expect to use to settle with law firms and rights holders.
Amazon infringes on the rights of third-party sellers and misappropriates their wealth. This is a blatant crime, theft, fraud.

Did you receive an email saying you may owe 3400 euros ? Several other sellers have reported the same, and it mostly seems to be sellers who have not used their account for a long time or are dormant accounts. Most say they have NOT had any money taken.
We have asked the forum mods to clarify of genuine email, but unfortunately no-one has responded.
