Brand Ungating Denied - "lms_check". Cannot find out what that means
As stated in the title, my ungating for a brand keeps getting denied, even though I am providing invoices from a distributor with quantites over the required 100 units.
Can anyone give me more insight to see what I need to do to fix the issue?

" my ungating for a brand keeps getting denied, even though I am providing invoices from a distributor"
Increasingly typical on Amazon these days.
Start with the basics --
"I am providing invoices from a distributor "
Have you verified with the BRAND that this 'distributor' is an AUTHORIZED wholesale distributor? Or is it just one of those massive gray market sellers that are touted on TikTok and YouTube as being 'reliable' with thousands of brands?
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
If you have an LOA that specifically says you can sell on Amazon you MIGHT survive listing items.
More and more brands are providing a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.

I don't mean to hijack this topic, but I am in the same boat. I purchased my products from the manufacturer/trademarks owner. I bought way more than 10 units. Info on the invoices matches my account and etc. All requirements are met. I also have an LOA from the manufacturer, but Amazon still keeps denying without any explanation! It doesnt make any sense! Can a MOD please assist me as well! This is CRUCIAL to our business since we purchased a very large stock of this merchandise from the manufacturer.

Don't pay attention to @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAphere. He isn't tending to your question - he is simply regurgitating stale information.
"lms_check" refers to Amazon's AI/ML invoice checking "learning management system". Your invoice is likely 100% legitimate but their learning system has flagged the invoice as inauthentic because of the artifacts they have on file that have been used as user-generated invoices. Be diligent and continue to apply until you get an actual human to review your invoice.
A lot of what Neverlast says is valid information but it doesn't explain why you were denied or what the lms_check means. Keep trying, and be diligent. We have legitimate documentation that has been denied 50-100 times before a human reviews. Once a human does, its typically approved.
To tend to the "pictures of units" sometimes Seller Support does in fact ask for this regardless of what Seller U says. The misunderstanding here is that Seller U does not keep up with the ever-changing landscape of Amazon policies and more importantly the ever changing Seller Support scripts that are updated regularly contrary to some of the out-dated Seller U information.

All I can add is this...I have recently read responses from Amazon, where they are not allowing everyone to sell any brand, authorized or not, unless they meet "Amazon's" standard, that being steady, frequent sales, high inventory numbers and so on......clearly Amazon is pushing out "small" (on Amazon's scale) sellers and only using them to collect fees until they see otherwise fit.

Same deal here - "lms-check." I've been here 18 years and am using one of the largest distributors in our space. From there I was told the product page for my reference ASIN was removed, which is patently false. Then I was scolded for submitting another application without new information, despite that being exactly what they told me to do. After pointing that out, it's now been sitting open for a few days. Hopefully to be reviewed by a human? Regardless, now I have to babysit the case since they now like to close them with no notification. Fun times on The River.

I have the same issue! I provided several invoices and even LOA and nothing. The people working on the other side they don't care, they just hit the reject button. I read a reddit post where an alleged employee of amazon was saying he approved once an invoice that was fake and got in trouble and since then he was just hitting deny invoice. They don't care, don't check and don't help!

Has anyone had any luck with this? I'm also getting "lms_check" as a response to trying to get ungated, and it's not helpful. Like everyone else here, my invoice meets all the stated requirements, so to get an auto-denial without any intelligence behind it is silly.
I need to escalate this to an actual human. How do we get a mod to look at this problem for us?

I would return them before 30 days return pass. They will accept the invoices from manufacturer + LOA

And a "THANKS FOR NOTHING!" Amazon...
I'm starting to sell off the inventory for a loss over on the bay. I just sold 10 x ASUS network cards over there for a $240 loss (Paid $954, got $714 after expenses).
This is *really* going to make a good youtube video showing how badly you can screw up selling on Amazon, even by going through all the requirements on the application page, and still getting denied.
