Setting delivery restrictions

Hi,

We just got an order from one of the French overseas territories, the shipping costs are way too high. We thought we found out how to exclude them, but apparently it didn’t work. Does anybody know how to exclude specific areas?

Thanks!

Did it come through on .fr or .uk? I think the regional settings only apply on the local marketplace - if ordered from .uk it would still be all of France - there is no granularity?

Thanks for your answer!

It seems that I can’t exclude Crose/DOM TOM for standard shipping (in my French seller account). I just wanted to select Mainland France but then I get this error.

Shipping will cost us way too much for the value of the products. Seems I’ll just have to cancel the order? Not so good for my seller rating but seems the only solution to me…

I tried different things now. Editing the default settings will give an error when I deselect Corse and/or DOM TOM.

When creating a new template it only gives an error when deselecting Corse. So I guess that’s at least a start, I can create a template without DOM TOM.

Visit your Seller Account’s Shipping Settings using this link:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/sbr/template#template/legacy-template-id

and then unselect any locations where you do not wish to ship.
