All Orders Stuck on "Pending Awaiting Payment Verification" – Need Urgent Resolution
Hi everyone,
I’ve been experiencing this issue for several days now, and I wanted to see if anyone else has faced something similar. I’m a new Amazon seller, and my product became available for sale with FBA on February 19. Since then, I have received 7 orders, but all of them are stuck in "Pending Awaiting Payment Verification." Not a single order has successfully processed, which makes me suspect there is an issue with Amazon’s system or my account configuration.
I’ve contacted Seller Support multiple times (Ticket 17252760971) and spoke with Kahkasha, BEAULA, and Kimberly. Their only response is that this issue can only be escalated after 21 days and that I should simply wait for it to resolve itself. However, I strongly believe this needs to be escalated now for the following reasons:
1️⃣ All Orders Are Stuck – No Successful Transactions
If I had 1,000 orders and only 7 were pending, that might be normal.
In my case, 100% of my orders are stuck in "Pending" for days—this is clearly not normal.
These are different buyers using different credit cards, and I’ve confirmed with at least one that their payment was successfully processed on their end.
2️⃣ Waiting 21 Days Is Unreasonable & Harmful to My Store
These are my first sales, and they are critical for my store’s success.
If this continues for 21 days, buyers may cancel orders or leave bad reviews, damaging my store before it even gets off the ground.
3️⃣ Standard "Pending" Order Explanations Do Not Apply
Credit Card Authorization Issue? No, at least one buyer confirmed their payment went through.
Convenience Store Payment Not Completed? No, the buyer confirmed they paid.
Waiting for Multiple Items to Be Gathered? No, at least one buyer ordered a single item.
Out-of-Stock Issues? No, my product is fully in stock.
Subscribe & Save Delay? No, orders were placed as one-time purchases.
Since none of the usual reasons apply and not a single order has been processed successfully, this strongly suggests a system issue that Amazon should investigate now—not after 21 days.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? How did you get it resolved? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’m on the road right now so I can’t use my normal stuff. How are you selling in order to get ANY information from a buyer with a pending order?
I do FBM and NEVER see anything about pending orders.
The only way I can see that happening is if you have friends doing buys to help build traffic. If that is how you got information it is a major violation.
If someone sent you a message about an order and it is not on the Amazon message system it is probably a SCAM!
