How to list a product without allowing other sellers to sell my ASIN?

I am starting a private label store, can i list a product without having other people use my ASIN and list the product for a cheaper price?

Do you own the Brand? If so have you applied to Amazon for Brand Registry?

That is the only way you can stop other sellers selling on your listing. Amazon is a catalog and each item should (at least in theory) only be listed once with all sellers of the item using the same listing.
