My shipment of 1 box, 12 items was received in the last fulfilment centre, Henderson NV successfully based on Shipping summary/event on 18/4/25. Yet up to this day even though the product has sales, which shows under Manage inventory and FBA inventory it is showing Available 0 out of stock, Reserved 0. When I reach out to help and resources the agents first said they were being moved around, I inquired later and was told I need to add inventory as its out of stock. I keep trying to explain and even show my platform that since 3 are sold there should be 9 left the agent insist out of stock and could not explain why I am not seeing the correct balance.
