RM Buy Shipping

On the attached screenshot, how do we determine which Royal Mail services are prepaid via buy shipping and which services are added to our OBA invoice? We think the costs of any shipping service with a service code mentioned in brackets e.g. CRL will be collected via OBA.

Please clarify.
